Professional experience
Participation in legal assistance in handling of investment projects in the fields of infrastructure and construction being implemented on the basis of investment agreements, concluded with the Republic of Belarus;
Participation in legal assistance to Austrian investor in implementation of the first in Belarus classical project in the field of public and private partnership which was implemented according to «Build-Transfer-Operate» scheme (project on creation of electronic tolling system on selected roads of the Republic of Belarus – BelToll);
Advising of commercial organizations with foreign capital on a wide range of matters of tax law, including transfer pricing legislation;
Participation in the clients’ legal position on tax issues, cases related to disputing decisions of regulatory authorities.
