The Belarus President signed a decree on legalization of business based on blockchain, including crypto activities and smart contracts
On 21 December 2017, the President of the Republic of Belarus signed Decree No. 8 "On Development of Digital Economy", the final key document of the package of 10 legal acts aimed at liberalizing business environment in Belarus. The decree makes Belarus the first country in the world that adopted overall crypto economy regulation.
