Belarus Prime Minister approves membership of interdepartmental working group to draft governmental program for socio-economic development of Belarus for 2021-2025

Denis Aleinikov, the senior partner at Aleinikov & Partners, becomes a member of the interdepartmental working that will be tasked with developing the draft program for socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025. The group will provide methodological guidance to government agencies and organizations in preparing the draft program.

According to the provision of the government, the group includes Deputy relevant Ministers, representatives of the National Bank, other state bodies, as well as experts from the non-governmental sector.

First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Krutoy will coordinate the working process.

The group will be chaired by Minister of Economy Aleksandr Chervyakov.

The five-year program will define a system of targets for the socio-economic development of Belarus and a set of measures of a scientific, technical, economic, social and environmental nature necessary for their implementation.

The Provision of the Council of Ministers of 30.03.2020 No. 179 On the Development of Draft Program for Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021– 2025 with the attached membership of the working group was posted on the official website of the government.
