The Belarusian hardware startup RocketBody, which has been developing metabolism tracker and a mobile app for making training process more effective, attracted investments from Quattro Capital asset manager in a seed round. The startup company was valuated at $1 mln.
The interests of the investor in the deal, which was structured under the Belarusian law, were represented by Aleinikov&Partners law firm.
The firm's team on the deal included partner Dmitry Matveyev and senior associate Ksana Sidoruk.Aleinikov&Partners advised British Telecommunications in regard to implementation of the virtual private network for a large Belarusian IT company for the purpose of connecting its offices situated throughout the globe.
Aleinikov&Partners provided overall legal support to the consortium of investors including venture fund Haxus and angel investors Yuri Melnishek and Leonid Lozner on a wide range of issues related to investing in agri-tech OneSoil.
A&P has provided the company with consulting on intellectual property and investment matters and offers ongoing legal support.
