Born from the first advertising banner in the mid-90s, companies in the field of advertising technology (adtech) are an integral part of the global economy digital transformation. The distribution of both real goods, services and digital assets is currently associated with adtech.

In Belarus, adtech owes rapid growth to the Presidential Decree On Development of Digital Economy, which provided adtech companies with the opportunity to enter the Hi-Tech Park and to be benefited with tax incentives. And while before the Decree the industry in Belarus was represented mainly by the international companies’ development offices, local adtech players are also HTP residents now.

Advising the Belarusian R&D office of the international group Admitad that specializes in online advertising on applying a status of HTP resident, as well as contractual arrangements with webmasters and advertisers.

Big Data Technologies
Advising Big Data Technologies on IP rights formalization within the team with a preliminary LDD of IP, drafting internal regulations and agreements on the trade secrets protection, advising on the formalization of relations with advertisers and partners, including Opera.
