Belgian company Litussoft acquired CactusSoft, a Belarusian outsourcing company, which is the resident of Hi-Tech Park. Aleinikov&Partners law firm provided overall legal assistance to CactusSoft on the deal.
According to Bram van Nieuwerburgh, a founder of Litussoft, one of the key factors that influenced the choice of Belarusian jurisdiction to expand business was the support of Hi-Tech Park, which allows working in preferential tax conditions.
Recently CactusSoft specializes in providing end to end services in software development, integration and technology consulting that enable the companies to improve the workforce, operations, and business performance. It is noted that in the future the company will engage in blockchain-based projects.
