M&A transaction between Alfa-Bank and Home Credit was finalized

Shareholders of CJSC Alfa-Bank acquired the Belarusian subsidiary of the international Home Credit group (NKFO Home Credit).

This was made possible thanks to the coordinated work of the team of professionals, both on the part of the Buyer and the Seller, as well as the assistance of government bodies to promptly coordinate this deal.
