A&P Represented Russian-Belarusian Venture Investment Fund in Seed Financing of RocketData
According to Mikhail Fedotov, Board Member of RVC, RocketData is the first investment project of RBF Ventures in Belarus: "There are simply no comparable analogues of the proposed service in the former CIS area ... In 2019, RocketData is planning to enter Central and Eastern Europe market and we will support the company as maximum as possible."
The deal between RBF Ventures and RocketData became the first of this kind in the country, where the “English law” tools introduced by Decree No. 8 “On Development of the Digital Economy” were applied during structuring.
“For the Belarusian venture capital market, the deal of our joint fund to invest in Rocketdata.io is a landmark and to some extent historic one,” said Dmitry Kalinin, RBF Ventures Managing Partner and the Director of the Belarusian Innovation Fund.
The project has been led by Senior Associate Anna Tsymbalist.
