Company "MTS Urent," operating in the field of kicksharing, acquired the Belarusian technology development firm Eleven, which specializes in micromobility transportation.
A&P served as a consultant during the legal due diligence process of the acquired assets and also facilitated the deal itself, which included the acquisition of Eleven's intellectual property and developments in the field of micromobility transportation.
The deal amount has not been disclosed; however, Eleven's business is estimated by the market to be worth $6-8 million.
Eleven, a company that emerged in Belarus in 2019, independently developed two models of electric scooters, as well as an electric bicycle and a cargo bike for delivery purposes. The sharing service of this domestic company, in addition to Minsk, is also available in four other regions: Tbilisi and Batumi (Georgia), Skolkovo (Russia), and Almaty (Kazakhstan).
